Cut vegetables and fruit perfectly with the F-1000 slice and wedge cutters. These reliable machines provide complete control over the cutting process and deliver consistent results.

F-1000 – Perfect for small products such as lime and tomato. Cuts wedges effortlessly for garnishing or salad preparation, for example.
F-1000L – Cutting solution for small to medium-sized products. Creates both uniform discs and wedges from potatoes, onions, apples, oranges and more.
F-1000XL – Cuts larger products into perfect slices, wedges or sticks. Ideal for courgette, cucumber and aubergine.

The cutter is suitable for a wide range of fruits and vegetables. Not sure if your product can be processed with the F-1000? Please contact us for custom advice.

The open design allows for quick and easy cleaning in approximately 5 minutes by rinsing with clean water. We recommend cleaning with a low-pressure water hose. The knives and ejectors can optionally be cleaned in a dishwasher.

The knife set can be easily pulled out from the front. The ejector can be loosened and tightened by hand using star knobs. The effort required is a maximum of 5 minutes.

The cutting resistance depends on the firmness of the product and the operator’s strength. It is best suited for soft to medium-firm products.

The Manual slice and wedge cutter is a tabletop device and can be placed on any stable table of your choice. Optionally, we also offer the F1000T version with a mobile frame, a holder for packaging, and a crate shelf. If you are interested, please contact us for custom advice.
