The slice and wedge cutter FS-1500 effortlessly processes a wide range of vegetables and fruits into perfect (half) slices, wedges or sticks. With a maximum diameter of 120 mm and length up to 220 mm, this versatile machine achieves a capacity of 1,500 pcs/h.

The fruit and vegetable cutter is suitable for a wide range of fruits and vegetables. Not sure if your product can be processed with the FS-1500? Please contact us for custom advice.

Cleaning is quick and takes only about 10 minutes when using clean water. Please note that using a high-pressure cleaner is not recommended and may damage the machine. We recommend cleaning with a low-pressure water hose.

The capacity largely depends on the product and the operator’s dexterity. In general, a capacity of 1,500 incoming pieces is achievable.

After loading up to two products, the operator starts the cutting process. A two-hand control ensures that the operator cannot have a hand inside the machine during cutting. The conveyor belt can be operated either in continuous or indexed mode.

Changing individual knives is simple and quickly done. Blunt or defective knives can be replaced easily without having to change the entire cutting set.

No, the machine is low-maintenance and durable when regular cleaning is carried out. The open stainless-steel design makes access, cleaning, and the replacement of components easy.
