The cutter is suitable for a wide range of fruits and vegetables. Not sure if your product can be processed with the GSM? Please contact us for custom advice.

The capacity largely depends on the product and the operator’s dexterity. In general, a capacity of 1,200 incoming pieces is achievable.

The machine is opened manually by simply lifting the lid. A V-shaped infeed plate automatically centers the product when it is inserted, and the machine is then triggered automatically when the lid is closed. The cut product is collected in a container.

The GSM is equipped with a particularly powerful pneumatic cylinder and can effortlessly cut hard products such as carrots and celery. For this, a compressed air connection of 6 bar is required.

Depending on the size of the product, one to three items can be loaded at the same time, for example three carrots. Larger products such as celery must be pre-cut, quartered in this case, before being inserted.
