Hygienic designed construction

Many conveyors use hollow tube frames, where moisture, bacteria, and other microorganisms can accumulate in areas that cannot be cleaned. Our conveyor is built from solid sheet metal, ensuring that all surfaces are fully accessible for cleaning. There are no hidden cavities where contamination can develop. The construction is designed with sloped surface areas to deter bacterial growth.

Quick release system

Minimize cleaning time with our tool-free belt tensioning system. Simply pull the lever to release the tension and push it back to lock the belt in place. A locking pin keeps the mechanism secure during operation.

Air knife with hingeable fan

The air knife blows air from the inside of the belt outward, removing any product that may stick to the belt surface. The airflow is gentle and will not damage the product. The inlet plate allows you to adjust the air volume, and the fan can be hinged open for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Easy cleaning

After releasing the belt tension and lifting the side guards, the belt can be raised to provide full access underneath for cleaning. Every part of the conveyor is easy to reach. No tools needed.

Standard design conveyors

Standard design conveyors are suitable for robust vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, red beets, and onions. They also perform well with fruiting vegetables. They offer reliable operation at a lower investment level compared to hygienic design models and are a solid choice when enhanced cleaning features are not required.

Hygienic design conveyors

Hygienic design conveyors are the preferred option for leafy vegetables such as lettuce and spinach. These delicate products require gentle handling, and the hygienic design supports easier cleaning while providing better protection of the fragile leaves.
